Refund policy

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at info@acoolcity.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Unclaimed returns are donated after 30 days. If an item is returned to an incorrect address, we cannot guarantee processing or reimbursement.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@acoolcity.com, and we’ll make it right.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please follow our return process. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Final Sale Items
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow time for your bank to process the refund.
